Drop in to yourself to relax deeply, soothe your nervous system, and nourish your heart through the special practice of restorative yoga. Please bring a bolster or pillows, 2-3 blankets, 2 blocks or something comparable and a chair. Either a yoga chair or any chair with no wheels. Be creative if you don't have "yoga props". And, if you don't have something, that's okay!
